Hi dear support i have issue with the checking domain in my new platform i got from you
this is what you asked me to provide
You are behind on updates/bug fixes.
Tried to download for you and got this message: ZipArchive class is missing on this server.
You need to enable the Zip Extension in your PHP
Ok i will enable that and send the result back to you
ok so i did activate php zip pakcage ; and i did the update as you can see in attachment and still error is there.
Now it looks like JS in the page is being loaded without https. Not sure why.
A quick fix to that would be editing the template in \themes\original\views\layouts\main.php
Towards the bottom of the file.
Replace these 3 lines:
Then refresh your browser.
Ok, so i did the change in the following directory and that faulse error gone ! that section is not taking any action (not working at all) there is no error, notice or anything!
My mistake. The word original is missing “l” in the 3 lines that you replaced.
Still not working ...
The check availability url is being called without https.
On line 69
url: base_url + '/domains/check_availability',
Nope, didnt work, also i have to mention line 69 was epty and i changed line 75 was the same
do you want the credentials of cpanel ? i think it might help you to check and debug faster
Yes, that would be faster.
Please put the details in a private reply.
second one became public
You actually fixed it with the last change you made.
It’s just a matter of clearing your cache now.
thats right, its working now. great.
Thank you for your hepl and support
in https://www.unithoster.com/domain_registration still not workin tho !
I’m thinking we are making too many changes instead of fixing the actual problem.
How did you get your site to use https by default?
ok, thats cloudflear. im using cloudflear to secure my domain and DNSs and records safe. also it has free ssl for end user browser.
Since the issue was the base URL I’ve restored all the edited files to their original state.
Set the base URL in the config file to: https://www.unithoster.com/
That should fix evereything.
