Cron setting is correct? Please check attached screenshot.
The first one looks ok. It will run once a day at midnight.
The second one needs to run more frequent if you want to import support emails to create tickets automatically.
Cron is executed by cPanel. Try pasting the URL in your browser to see is it runs.
